Free Ground shipping is applicable on orders over $99 in the continental US. This can be sent UPS or USPS Priority mail. Some restrictions can apply in unusual and rare circumstances where the weight of package and location of delivery are cost prohibitive. We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges in those rare circumstances
Fees for 3-Day service is $19
2-day Air is $24
Next Day Air $32
Please note that choosing any shipping option only gaurantees that level of shipping service. Your order may still require 24-48 business hours or more to be processes and shipped. If you do choose expedited service please contact us via e-mail for an anticipated delivery date. Please note that the fees listed above apply for most orders. We do reserve the right to adjust shipping charges if necessary to meet our cost.
We accept returns of unopened product within 15 days of receipt. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit. A return authorization # is required and can be obtained by e-mailing ultravites@yahoo.com
