Domestic Shipping Policy
Most orders received before 12 Noon Eastern Standard Time will ship in about
2-3 business days. Business days include weekdays Monday through Friday.
As we sell thousands of items some might be out of stock from time to time.
We also cannot control availability from Manufactures as they might be out of
stock or have the item in production as well. Backorders are shipped at no charge.
If you think you will be ordering the same items repeatedly please let us know
in the customer comment section at check out and we will make an extra effort
to stock your favorite items. We thank you for your patience as we strive to
keep prices low and service high. Orders with multiple manufactures might take a few extra days to process.
Some items such as Probiotics and others require cold pack expedited shipping during the months of April - September. We reserve the right to add the extra charge to your order to preserve the product.
Any Order marked for Next Day Air, 2-Day Air, and 3- Day Select DOES NOT mean it will leave our facility the day you place it. WE USUALLY NEED A COUPLE OF DAYS TO SHIP ORDERS OUT OF OUR WAREHOUSE.
We only ship Monday through Friday. If it takes a couple of days to get all your items in stock then your order will ship as you requested. Customers on the West coast will receive orders in 2-3 business days,after processing, when requesting Priority Mail as opposed to 5 Business days with UPS Ground. Priority Mail and UPS Ground both cost $7.95 for orders under $99. We reserve the right to add additional charges in extreme cases due to excessive wieght or remote locations. No e-mail confirms are sent with Priority Mail service Through the US Post Office.
Our International policy is as follows:
- Most orders shipped are never more than $50. We will adjust your shipping
fee to reflect the correct charge at the time of shipping. For example a small
package to Canada will be significantly less. A heavy large package to Japan
might be more
- We ship U. S. Post Office
- Please allow 7-14 days for delivery.
- We reserve the right to increase the amount of the shipping charge if the
order is unusually large or complicated.
- Please include names of manufactures with all inquiries.
