For the dietary management of fatigue and cognitive disorders.

Directions for use: Must be administered under physician supervision. As a Medical Food, take (2) two capsules in the morning on an empty stomach or as directed by physician.

Ingredients: Each serving (per 2 capsules) contains:
Proprietary Amino Acid Formulation
Choline Bitartrate, L-Glutamic Acid,
Acetyl L-Carnitine HCl
Cocoa Extract Theobroma cacao (fruit)
(6% Theobromine)
Ginkgo Ginkgo biloba (leaf)
Hawthorne Crataegus spp. (fruit)
Dextrose

Other Ingredients: Tricalcium phosphate, gelatin, silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate, cellulose.

Contains no added sugar, starch, wheat, yeast, preservatives, or flavor.
