Jujube Seed (Zizyphus jujuba) 200 mg
California Poppy (Eschscholzia californica) 200 mg
Passion Flower (Passiflora incarnata) 200 mg
(Standardized to contain at least .4% flavonoids as hyperoside)
Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora) 200 mg
Golden Root (Rhodiola rosea) 150 mg
(Standardized to 4 mg rosavin per 150 mg herb)

Other Ingredients:
Vegetarian capsule (HPMC and water), cellulose, silica, magnesium stearate.

Suggested use for adults:
Two capsules twice daily, away from meals, or as directed by your health practitioner.

Warning:
Do not use if pregnant, or with MAO inhibitors. If you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant, nursing, or taking any drugs or medications consult your physician before taking. St. John's Wort may cause undesirable reactions when combined with certain drugs or prescription medications.

Notice:
Avoid excessive exposure to UV irradiation (e.g. sunlight, tanning) when using this product.
